Today I am sharing a very special recipe:

no eggs, no flour and only delicious ingredients!

Before you continue, I have to worn you that these cookies are bombs, despite the low sugar in it, they are 90 calories each, more or less!

Are you ready to make these chocolate chips cookies with almost no effort??

I love baking and sometimes I am a bit lazy and I wish I could bake with the Harry Potter magic stick, effortless...hihi

This recipe is perfect for those moments of complete relax, so here it is the recipe!

Ingredients

150gr peanut butter ( only peanuts please! )

50 gr of coconut sugar or the one you prefer or the one you have

1 ripe mashed banana

80gr of 80% dark chocolate ( that's the one I privilege )

pinch of sea salt and vanilla extract if you have it

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 180C.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place all the ingredients inside a bowl and combine all of them together during 3 minutes, until you reach a smooth consistency.

Scoop the dough and roll into a ball; place on the baking sheet, allowing enough space between each cookie. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the cookies are golden.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some sea salt if you want and place them on a wire rack, trying to resist...it is worth it, trust me!

You can store them in a glass container once cooled, if you think they would last more than one day....

ENJOY!
