1 tbsp maple syrup
200ml dairy-free milk of your choice ( I have used soy milk for this one but normally I use almond mil yum! )
Extra ingredients
2 tbsp natural almond butter or any other nut butter
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
seasonal fruit
