Ingredients
- half avocado
- half banana
- small diced apple
- 1 tea cup of spinach
- 1 table spoon of hemp seeds
- 1 table spoon of flax seeds ( crushed is better )
- some lemon juice
- cocoa nibs, as many as you wish hihi or 1 table spoon of cocoa powder
- if you need more sugar, add 1 tea spoon of maple syrup or vanilla extract
- finally, add water, as much as you wish, it will define the consistency of your smoothie :-)
