Ingredients

  • half avocado
  • half banana
  • small diced apple
  • 1 tea cup of spinach
  • 1 table spoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 table spoon of flax seeds ( crushed is better )
  • some lemon juice
  • cocoa nibs, as many as you wish hihi or 1 table spoon of cocoa powder
  • if you need more sugar, add 1 tea spoon of maple syrup or vanilla extract
  • finally, add water, as much as you wish, it will define the consistency of your smoothie :-)
